If you want to go to FC Schalke 04, you need strong nerves – this time even before kick-off. At the game between Schalke and Fürth (Friday, December 15th, 6:30 p.m.), fans are threatened with chaos.
The kick-off time, which is thankless for stadium goers, regularly results in full streets and annoyed fans around the arena. At Schalke – Fürth, a complete motorway closure threatens to put an end to arriving traffic. A collapse seems almost impossible to prevent.

Complete motorway closure at S04 home game
For the upcoming weekend, the A42 between Bottrop-Süd and Essen-Nord will be completely closed in both directions. This means that all fans from the western Ruhr area will lose a central connection to the FC Schalke 04 stadium. The alternative routes are becoming even more crowded.
