After bickering, Sandra Bullock and Channing Tatum’s daughters were called to school and that’s how they got to know each other.

The first encounter between Sandra Bullock (57) and Channing Tatum (41) could have been nicer. The Lost City co-stars met after their daughters Laila, 10, and Everly, 8, got into a fight at their preschool. In an interview with They told The New York Times about the incident in the principal’s office.

“Everly and Laila were trying to trick the other,” Bullock recalled. The two actors were then ordered to go to school. “I blanked everything out,” Tatum said of the incident. Both had hoped that the child of the other was to blame for the argument.

Today, the two daughters of the Hollywood stars would get along well. They became friends while their famous parents were shooting the film in the Dominican Republic. “That’s why we made this film so they could have a long, COVID-safe play date,” Bullock said. The Oscar winner and her colleague would have done everything to ensure that their children “had the best time of their lives”.

But not the first meeting?

Bullock later recalled, “I think we first met at my birthday party. You were an escort.” The two stars now seem to know each other well. Their joint film, “The Lost City – The Secret of the Lost City”, will be released in German cinemas in April. In addition to them, stars like Daniel Radcliffe (32) and Brad Pitt (58) can be seen in the action comedy.
