S-Bahn Munich: drunk threatens passengers and police officers – Munich

A heavily intoxicated man mobbed passengers in the S7 on Tuesday morning and hit a passenger. According to the federal police, the 40-year-old man boarded the S-Bahn at the main train station shortly after seven. He is said to have gesticulated and shouted so aggressively that a 48-year-old passenger from Wolfratshausen stood protectively in front of a young, frightened-looking woman. The drunk then hit him.

According to the announcement, federal police officers notified by the engine driver issued a place reference. The man then repeatedly attacked the officers, insulted them and threatened them with death. Since he resisted enforcing the eviction, he was tied up and provisionally arrested. During a search in the offices of the federal police, he scratched an officer and damaged his shirt. A voluntary breath alcohol test resulted in a value of 2.8 per thousand.

The responsible public prosecutor’s office ordered a judge’s demonstration for June 14, as the federal police also announced. The camera recordings from the S-Bahn would be evaluated to preserve evidence. It is determined for assault, resistance, attack on law enforcement officers, insult and threat. The federal police are also looking for witnesses to the incident, in particular the woman who was molested by the 40-year-old on the S-Bahn. You can call 089 / 515550-0.
