Ryan Reynolds is not only known for his Hollywood films, but also for his quick wit on social media. Now the actor has shown a different side of himself.

He is known as a fun guy, quick witted and confident. Ryan Reynolds often provides amusement with his interviews and postings on social networks. The “Deadpool” star spoke about the fact that he also has another side on “CBS Sunday Morning”.

Ryan Reynolds opens up about his anxiety

“I’ve actually had anxiety my whole life,” he explained. “I feel like there are two parts to my personality, one of which takes over when that happens,” he explained. As a viewer, if you could think that Reynolds always has the situations in which he finds himself under control, the impression is apparently misleading.

In the interview, he recalled a moment before he was a guest on David Letterman’s talk show. “And I was like, ‘I’m going to die. I’m literally going to die here. The curtain is going to open and I’m just going to be a symphony of vomit,'” said the 45-year-old.

Two personalities

But there is still this other side in him. The part of his personality that the public knows all too well. “But as soon as the curtain rises, which happens a lot in my job, this little guy takes control. And he’s like, ‘I’ll do it. You’re cool.’ I can feel my heart rate drop and my breathing slow down and I just walk out and I’m a different person,” he told CBS.

Ryan Reynolds is originally from Canada. In the 1990s he had a role in the Nickelodeon series “Hillside”. He then made a name for himself as a film actor, and in recent years also as a producer. His most famous role from recent times is that of the battered superhero “Deadpool”. Reynolds has been married to fellow actress Blake Lively since 2012, whom he met on the set of Green Lantern. The couple have three children together, Inez, Betty and James.
