10:17 am: Russia accuses Ukraine of bombing and injuring Russian civilians
This morning, Russia accused Ukraine of shelling a village in the bordering region of Belgorod with grenade launchers, a strike that injured four civilians, according to Russian local authorities.
“The fragmentation grenades targeted private houses” as well as a store in the village of Urazovo, in the Valuysk district, wrote on Telegram the governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov.
“According to initial information, four people were injured, including three men and a woman,” he said, adding that they were all hospitalized. Several houses and cars were also damaged by the strike, according to the same source.
