Roger Waters re-records “The Dark Side of the Moon”: Behind the Moon – Culture

Roger Waters, recently particularly politically conspicuous, has reinterpreted the “Pink Floyd” masterpiece “The Dark Side of the Moon”. The record shows that he only knows one inspiration: himself.

The eternal ideal for practiced mildness in old age remains the “Werther’s Real” grandpa. A classic German commercial that is fondly remembered: the kind old man – with a Proust-Madeleine undertone – talks wistfully about the first time he enjoyed sweets as a child. And then ceremoniously presents the cream candy to the blonde grandson. Whatever is good should be given to the next generation so that they can pass it on.
