While Robert De Niro announced a few weeks ago the birth of his daughter Gia, he must face terrible news: the death of his grandson Leandro. Drena De Niro, the eldest daughter adopted from the actor’s first marriage to Diahnne Abbott, posted a heartbreaking message on Instagram confirming the terrible news.
“My beautiful angel. I have loved you beyond words since the moment I felt you in my belly. You have been my joy, my heart and all that has been pure and real in my life. I would love to be with you right now,” she wrote.
The one who played in particular alongside her father has for follow-up “I don’t know how to live without you, but I will try to carry on and spread the love and the light that you made me feel by becoming your mom. Drena De Niro did not give further details on the disappearance of her son. His message was met with an outpouring of support and condolences to the family.
