If “bet that…?” is running, it is clear that Thomas Gottschalk has invited numerous world-class guests. Among those on November 19 was Robbie Williams, who appeared surprisingly early – he was the first musical act of the evening. After he had performed two songs, he came back later to be a betting sponsor and took a seat on the sofa.

However, he was not alone there with Gottschalk and his colleague Michelle Hunziker. Christoph Maria Herbst, Bully Herbig, Veronica Ferres and their daughter Lilly Krug were already seated. Many fans noticed that the musician seemed pretty lost in this round.

To thunderous applause, Robbie Williams first sang “Lost” – apparently due to technical problems – and then, as an encore, his super hit “Angels”. With that, the studio audience had tasted blood and indeed the star later spent quite a while on the sofabefore he had to fly. In the evening, however, numerous people on social networks doubted whether he enjoyed the time on the show.

Among other things, he listened to how John Malkovich, Veronica Ferres and Lilly Krug talked about the thriller “Shattered” and didn’t really come up with exciting anecdotes. Did he even know the rest of the celebrities on the couch (except maybe Malkovich)? In any case, various fans expressed their sympathy for Robbie:

But what also caught the attention of several fans: Robbie’s gaze wandered repeatedly towards the cleavage of Lilly Krug. “Even Robbie Williams is just a man,” jokes one viewer Twitter. However, the detour has changed Germany possibly worth it for the singer.

Incidentally, Thomas Gottschalk tried during the evening to elicit details from Veronica Ferres about her daughter’s love life, but largely bit on granite.

Also positive for Robbie: In the end he didn’t have to redeem his bet. If he had guessed wrong in his bet, he would have the German National team in German to wish them every success at the upcoming World Cup in Qatar – wearing a Germany jersey.
