Rémy Daillet indicted for criminal association and imprisoned

Rémy Daillet, a figure in conspiratorial circles, already imprisoned in the case of the kidnapping of little Mia, was indicted on Friday for criminal terrorist conspiracy and placed in pre-trial detention, said a judicial source.

He is suspected of having considered “plans for coups d’état and other violent actions”, including an attack on a Masonic lodge in eastern France, according to a source familiar with the matter, which he disputes . Her secretary was also indicted on Friday but was placed under judicial supervision.

Her secretary, Ginette M., aged 67, arrested Tuesday in the Aude where she lives, was also indicted on the same charge but she was placed under judicial supervision.

According to sources familiar with the matter, Rémy Daillet is suspected of being “the brain” of a group planning violent actions.

This brings to fourteen the number of people belonging to the ultra-right indicted in this case.

The previous indictments date from October 8. They are four men, including two soldiers.

Convinced that “Emmanuel Macron is at the service of money and that we must put an end to big capital”, these men had “the idea of ​​a coup d’état, of an overthrow of the French government”, then told AFP a source close to the case.

The inspirer?

According to a source familiar with the matter, the judicial information, opened in May after the first arrests linked to the small group “Honor and Nation”, has widened, and the projects targeted by the justice now exceed this circle, but all put in place. cause seem to have the same inspirer, Rémy Daillet. The investigation will have to determine his responsibilities.

“Despite the efforts of the DGSI and the public prosecutor, no material and objective element allows him to be personally implicated at the end of a police custody which he faced alone, confident that he was still in custody. French justice ”, commented in a press release his lawyer, Me Jean-Christophe Basson-Larbi.

“French justice considers today, inventing a” principle of judicial precaution “, that Mr. Daillet can and must be embastellished for having disseminated explicitly non-violent political ideas of which violent individuals claim to escape their possible responsibilities” , he continues, describing his client as a “political prisoner”.

Among the targets of the accused in this case included among others 5G antennas, vaccination centers, journalists and personalities, had detailed two sources close to the investigation.

Among the four suspects arrested in early October, two are also being prosecuted in the case of the kidnapping of little Mia.

In this investigation, Rémy Daillet was indicted in mid-June for “complicity in the kidnapping of a 15-year-old minor committed in an organized gang” and “criminal association”.

“Animator” of the anti-system “movement” in which the kidnappers of the girl were evolving, he “appears as the organizer of a movement called Le Renversement” in which “he promotes the idea that it is appropriate to lead actions aimed at returning children to their parents who are nevertheless regularly placed ”, had detailed the public prosecutor of Nancy, François Pérain.

Ten other people are being prosecuted in this investigation.

Former member of the MoDem from which he was excluded in 2010, installed in Malaysia for several years, Rémy Daillet was unaware of “the existence of this movement and its activities, unrelated to its political organization”, assures his lawyer.

He was arrested at the end of May with his partner and their three children and then expelled by the Malaysian authorities because of their expired visas.
