Thousands of people from Ukraine arrive in German cities every day. Margarete Arlamowski works on a voluntary basis in Munich and has taken in three women herself. In the expert discussion, she explained how one can help.

Within days of the outbreak of war, more than half a million people fled their homeland from Ukraine. In neighboring countries, Germany and all of Europe, they experience a wave of willingness to help. Many refugees are also taken in in Bavaria, and there are numerous aid campaigns in the state capital.
Margaret Arlamowski is a freelance journalist and lecturer for digital topics and social media. She is a volunteer for the association “Munich Volunteers – We Help eV.” and supports the press work there. On Tuesday the March 22 Ms. Arlamowski answered readers’ questions about help for Ukrainian refugees.
