Recipes from Australian super chef Donna Hay

Don’t worry: Donna Hay’s promise in her new cookbook “The Fast Five” is that her recipes are still in the “tasty comfort zone” but will show “more character, bite and flavor than ever.” In Germany, Donna Hay is still not as well known as Jamie Oliver. She can still take him on.

She has been in the business for over 20 years. Has sold eight million books translated into ten languages. Her TV cooking shows are broadcast in 14 countries. So what’s on the table from her new cookbook? Spaghetti is served, among other things, as Parmesan pasta with crunchy crumbles or with lemon, vodka, olives and martini. Falafel is also delicious made with edamame, black beans or sweet potatoes. Hay gives tacos, burgers, skewers, curries and desserts a new twist, but it never gets boring.
