Real goalscorer Karim Benzema has lost the race against time and will not feature in the Clasico.
Real Madrid must face arch-rivals FC Barcelona on Sunday evening (9 p.m. in the LIVE TICKER) without star striker Karim Benzema. The striker is suffering from a calf injury and missed the final training session for the Clasico.

The first candidates are the ex-Frankfurter Luka Jovic and Mariano Diaz, who, however, have hardly had any game practice in recent months. Real goes into the duel with Barcelona as the sovereign leaders. The capitals are currently ten points ahead of their closest pursuer, FC Sevilla.
