The German TV audience loves thrillers, and “Tatort” in particular: The team from Dresden gets a top rating on Sunday evening.

The “Tatort” thriller from Dresden was by far the most successful primetime show on Sunday evening. The episode “Dead Heart” wanted to see 9.41 million (29.7 percent) from 8:15 p.m. This time, the TV investigative team consisting of Karin Gorniak (Karin Hanczewski), Leonie Winkler (Cornelia Gröschel) and Peter Michael Schnabel (Martin Brambach) had to deal with a dead person in a greenhouse. ZDF had the romance “Spring: A handful of times” with Simone Thomalla and Manuel Feneberg in the program, which brought 5.56 million (17.5 percent) into the house.

RTL broadcast the show “Because they don’t know what’s happening”. 1.80 million (8.3 percent) wanted to see the spectacle with Günther Jauch, Thomas Gottschalk and Barbara Schöneberger. The German comedy “Fack ju Göhte” with Elyas M’Barek, Karoline Herfurth and Katja Riemann reached 1.40 million (4.8 percent) on Sat.1.

RTLzwei had the US police film “The Mercury Puzzle” with Bruce Willis, Alec Baldwin and Miko Hughes to offer. 1.14 million (3.8 percent) spent the evening with this. The emigrant documentary “Welcome to the Reimanns” on Kabel Eins attracted 1.03 million (3.4 percent). ProSieben broadcast American football, more precisely the games of the New England Patriots against the Buffalo Bills and the New York Jets against the Miami Dolphins – from 7.43 p.m. 690,000 fans (2.3 percent) were gathered in front of the screen. The Vox docu-soap “Hot oder Schrott – Promi Spezial” had 660,000 viewers (2.6 percent).
