Rathaus Vaterstetten: New community website is here – Ebersberg

As of this week, the community of Vaterstetten has a new website, the address www.vaterstetten.de however, does not change. Nevertheless, there are some important innovations, as Mayor Leonhard Spitzauer explains: “The new website of the municipality is not only visually more appealing and more up-to-date, we have also invested a lot of time to make the structure clearer and simpler. Offices, contact persons and content are in easy to find thanks to the new navigation. Also new is the availability of the content in easy-to-understand language.”

On the start page, the user will not only find an overview of current topics and events. The navigation also offers direct access to the information that, according to experience, citizens are looking for most often – from the citizens’ portal to the meeting calendar, from the waste calendar to online appointment scheduling.

In addition to the revision of the layout and the content structure of the homepage, there were primarily optimizations in individual subject areas. The area of digital applications within the framework of the Online Access Act (OZG) has been expanded. For example, fishing licenses can now be applied for online or the dog tax can be registered/deregistered. The previously existing citizen service portal of the residents’ registration office will remain in place.

We are happy to receive feedback on the new homepage, according to the town hall.
