The experts concluded that it was a “deliberate borrowing of the riff and other melodic elements from the song “Sunny Road” “.
In its report of around forty pages, the expert judged “that no chance encounter can be accepted because of the too many similarities and that Rammstein undoubtedly committed plagiarism”.
