Queen Elizabeth II’s corona infection is still not completely over. Two online audiences had to be canceled again.

Queen Elizabeth II (95) had to cancel two virtual appointments again due to her Covid 19 diagnosis. This was announced by Buckingham Palace on Thursday afternoon. A spokeswoman said according to the British newspaper “The Guardian”: “The two virtual audiences scheduled for today will be postponed to a later date.” Nevertheless, “Her Majesty” continues to carry out easy tasks.

There are no more appointments scheduled for the rest of the week. It was announced on Sunday that the Queen had contracted the coronavirus. British media reported on Monday that the Queen had only developed mild, cold-like symptoms.

At first it was said that she could also take part in online audiences, but two of these meetings were canceled on Tuesday. Her weekly online meeting with Prime Minister Boris Johnson (57) took place on Wednesday evening.
