Actually, Birgit Jörger would not have been here for a long time. If everything had worked out with the residence visa, Jörger and her husband Uli would have been in New Zealand for years and would run a small restaurant there. But this plan once fell victim to the strict rules of the New Zealanders, and today Birgit Jörger is no longer so sad about it. Because today she can live out her culinary creativity in the shiny new kitchen of her small café in Putzbrunn and greet her guests together with Petra Niessner.
