Can you swim naked in your pool? This very serious question was at the heart of a hearing in immediate appearance at the Châlons-en-Champagne court, Monday in Marne. A man, a farmer in Mareuil-le-Port, was pursued by his neighbors for exhibitionism, reports The Ardennes.
The scene occurred in September 2021. The defendant then removed his towel just before entering the water. Moment chosen by one of the neighbors’ children to see him from behind. He then hid the scene from his sister, and his parents filed a complaint.
The court finally released him, ruling that only his back had been visible and that the scene had not been repeated. The farmer did not hide his relief.
