New documentary about the Epstein scandal?

There will reportedly be a new documentary about Prince Andrew soon. This could show his deep fall.
Prince Andrew (63) and his scandals are said to be the subject of a “major documentary”. This is reported by the “Mail on Sunday”. Accordingly, the film wants to show the case of the Duke of York, from the “war hero” and “favourite of the Queen” to the scandal surrounding his allegedly close friendship with the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein (1953-2019), which led to Andrew’s resignation from royal duties Year 2019 led.
According to the report, the documentary is backed by a production company that is known for its collaboration with the leading streaming services Netflix, Apple and Amazon and has already produced several films about the royal family.
Who speaks in the new documentary?
The producers allegedly want to recruit Andrew’s former private secretary for the new project about Prince Andrew. Respected author Andrew Lownie, who has written best-selling biographies of Lord Mountbatten and the Duke of Windsor, could also act as a consultant on the documentary, the Mail on Sunday further speculates.
The new documentary is not intended to be “sensationalistic” and will not focus exclusively on Prince Andrew’s disastrous 2019 “Newsnight” interview about his ties to Jeffrey Epstein. Prince Andrew has always denied any wrongdoing.
The “Newsnight” interview will now also be featured in two other streaming formats: “Scoop” will run on Netflix and “A Very Royal Scandal” on Amazon Prime.
Prince Andrew remains in his estate
Despite the scandal and the TV formats, Prince Andrew can apparently be sure that there will be no further consequences for him within the family. As several British media reported, King Charles III. (75) still refuses to throw his younger brother out of his home, the Royal Lodge, in Windsor.
An acquaintance of the Duke of York, who is said to be in regular contact with him, claimed, according to The Times, that the monarch would never authorize Andrew’s expulsion – even if some palace staff were in favor of it.
“The king is someone with a high level of integrity,” the newspaper quotes. “There are people in the royal household who would act more aggressively, but in this family blood is thicker than water.”
