Javier Milei spoke on the social network X about his private life. The Argentine president announced during a visit to the United States this weekend that he had broken up with his partner, actress Fatima Florez, with whom he had started a relationship shortly before his election in the fall of 2023.
“We decide to end our relationship and maintain a bond of friendship given how we feel about each other,” Javier Milei wrote on X on Friday evening, citing “mutual respect and admiration” , at the end of a romance that lasted eight months.
To explain this decision, the head of state declared that Fatima Florez had received numerous offers to work in the United States and Europe and that her own work at the head of Argentina had led them to live apart, making impossible the life as a couple that they would have liked to have.
