A 19-year-old from Grafing hit a cement mixer on Thursday at around 6 p.m. on Geltinger Strasse with her car. The truck driver had turned from Poinger into Geltinger Strasse because he had assumed that the young woman with right of way would turn – according to witnesses, she had set the indicator and slowed down the journey, but then changed her mind. Nobody was injured in the collision, the property damage amounts to 5,000 euros. The police point out that the concrete mixer driver should have waited – the traffic sign “Give way” applies until the road is actually free.
