A 16-year-old in Pettendorf (Regensburg district) lost a finger while trying to hitch a trailer. She got between the trailer and the tractor with her left hand, the police said on Tuesday. The index finger was completely severed and the middle and ring fingers were partially severed.
After the agricultural accident on Monday afternoon, the 16-year-old was taken to hospital. The police first reconstructed the course of the accident and checked the safety regulations.
