The Social Democrats cannot score points with the voters these days. But the FDP and Union are also recording losses in a new Insa survey. Only one party of the traffic light increases.

According to a new survey, the governing parties SPD and FDP continue to lose favor with voters. If there were a federal election on Sunday, the SPD would only get 18.5 percent of the votes. That would be 1.5 percentage points less than in the previous week – and the weakest value for the party since August 9, 2021, i.e. before the federal election, as the “Bild” newspaper reported, citing a new “opinion trend” from the Insa institute . The FDP lost 0.5 percentage points and slipped to 8 percent. According to Insa, only the Greens of the parties in the traffic light coalition were able to improve – by one percentage point to 22 percent.
