The free advice takes place monthly alternately in the town halls of the two places from 2 p.m. to 5.45 p.m. In Markt Schwaben it is the first Wednesday and in Pastetten it is the first Thursday of the month. In more complex cases, the energy consultant also comes home. Questions about structural heat protection, the heating system or the use of renewable energies are clarified. At the start of the cooperation, the consumer advice center is offering an online consultation hour for heating replacement.
