Many employees dream of a four-day week – an IT company in the Upper Palatinate already has one, at least as a trial. A conversation with Managing Director Wolfgang Geng about obstacles and successes.

Wolfgang Geng was recently a sought-after man in the media: first the ARD “Morgenmagazin” stopped by his IT agency Bitwings in Neumarkt, then RTL. Because what is now to become a legal entitlement in Belgium, Geng and his two managing director colleagues have already introduced for their employees: the four-day week – as a trial, with hurdles and successes.
