As the police announced on Thursday, the 20-year-old had started his driving ban on Wednesday in Neuburg an der Donau (Neuburg-Schrobenhausen district) and handed in his driver’s license to the police. The man then got into his car in front of the police station and drove away. The 20-year-old is now facing criminal proceedings for driving despite a driving ban.
