A 63-year-old woman was trapped and injured by her own car in an underground car park in Hadern. It was only after about 30 minutes that passers-by heard her cries for help and informed the fire brigade.
The woman was working on her vehicle on Wednesday evening when it suddenly started moving, according to a statement from the fire brigade. The car then pushed the woman against the wall of the underground car park, where she was no longer able to free herself from her position. An ambulance finally reached the scene of the accident on Fürstenrieder Straße. Passersby helped to free the trapped woman. The 63-year-old was finally taken to a Munich clinic. According to initial findings, she sustained fractures in her leg and bruises in the accident.
It’s still unclear why the car suddenly moved. The emergency services had secured the vehicle, the police are currently determining the exact course of the accident.
