A pure Mozart program is still rare in normal concerts, but it is perfect for a small instrumental ensemble with only 15 strings plus two horns and two oboes. The Bavarian Radio Chamber Orchestra under the direction of its concertmaster Radoslaw Szulc began the Sunday matinee in the Prinzregententheater with Wolfgang Amadé Mozart’s (string) Divertimento No. 1 in D major KV 136.
