Munich: The young and old have become an integral part of culture and sport – Munich

Recently at the premiere in Munich’s Marstall: The audience celebrated an 81-year-old for his appearance in Thomas Bernhard’s play “Minetti”, Manfred Zapatka showed all his skills over the length of a football game. And while the audience is cheering the stage artist Zapatka, the director Claus Peymann, already 86, comes up from the side. He doesn’t walk, he bounces, then he picks up a few artificial snowflakes from the ground to throw at his leading actor – one Top it off with confetti. Peymann is really happy about this prank and grabs the flakes three or four more times. What a wonderful picture, these two veterans who just can’t help themselves.
