In the end it’s the elevator. The old Hearthouse Members’ Club will become the new Famtain Members’ Club in April, and while live employees used to check the membership status at a reception, the elevator will now do it. You can only use it if you are a member of the new members’ club and have the appropriate card, which then takes you to the second floor with the lift. And then, of course, the question arises as to what will be different, apart from the name. Pretty much everything, say the new operators. But that’s what new operators often say. In any case, during a preliminary visit and a conversation with those responsible, it is clear that it is not just the language that is different.
