It’s shortly before four on Saturday when the Martians finally arrive at the Bayerischer Hof. The following have spoken so far: the State Councilor from China, the Vice President from America, the German Chancellor and the President from Paris. But then the question arises as to what a Martian would actually say if he had to evaluate this matter between China and the USA, specifically: the nuclear armament on the east side of the Pacific against the background of the balloon disputes. Now, nuclear armament is not the top issue in international politics, but when someone like Graham T. Allison asks the question, then one can probably still listen.
