Munich: Search operation on the Isar for supposedly missing people – Munich

After a binge, a man falls into the water. Passers-by pull him out. First he states that an acquaintance could also have fallen into the river, then he says he was alone after all.

A 29-year-old who fell into the Isar triggered a major police operation on the Maximiliansbrücke on Saturday night. Since the man pulled out of the water by passers-by initially stated that he was with an acquaintance who could also have fallen into the water, 15 patrols and a police helicopter searched the river and the banks for the missing person around 9:45 p.m.

After the policeman, who was alcoholized with two per thousand, was no longer sure during the search operation and finally thought that he had been alone and that the police and rescue services could not find anyone else in the water or on the shore, the officials finally ended the operation. The 29-year-old was taken to hospital with hypothermia.
