The written call for help, which was sent from Munich to Berlin on October 7, 2020, from party friend to party friend on an extremely sensitive matter, is only a little more than one page long. A total of 23 lines to be exact; including salutation: “Dear Mr. Federal Minister, dear Andreas”. The 23 lines had not yet been made public. They are now completely sufficient to get the CSU into even more trouble with Bavaria’s largest and most important transport project than is currently the case.
