Ramersdorf-Perlach is becoming cheaper for tenants – as the only one of the 25 Munich districts. Rents are rising everywhere else, most notably in Allach-Untermenzing, while prices for condominiums are falling throughout the city – by at least ten percent in 15 districts. This is the result of a real estate price analysis by the Frankfurt brokerage company Von Poll Immobilien GmbH.
