The Siemens buildings on Richard-Strauss-Straße have already been cleared. In the coming year, a new high-rise is to be built there, one that does not yet exist in Munich. At 96 meters, it should stay just below the 100-meter mark, with a 60-meter turret and a 57-meter-high bar being built next to it. That alone would not be new – but the system is to be built from wood.
