A 37-year-old man from Munich was slightly injured on Tuesday evening when he tried to drive three men smoking cannabis out of a high-rise building on Siemensallee. The clerk discovered the three stoners, whom he did not know, on a freely accessible balcony and asked them to leave in vain.
The 37-year-old then took a blank gun from his apartment and threatened to use it. As they were leaving the building, the three men suddenly hit the 37-year-old and injured his face before fleeing.
During the scuffle, a shot was fired for reasons that are still unclear; Residents alerted the police. Commissariat 23, which is responsible for violent acts typical of young people, is now also investigating the 37-year-old because of threats.
