Recently, Peffekoven’s good friend from Peru always has an insider tip to share. He then says “Let’s have cervezas, Karl-Heinz, I know a place like that,” and this time he meant the Koya on the edge of Maxvorstadt. For a few years now, the very good cuisine of his homeland, which is influenced by many cultures, has also arrived in Munich, and more and more Peruvian restaurants are opening. You can also have cervezas and beers there, of course mostly from Munich, but of course that’s just a code word for the real thing, namely an unusual and, with a little courage, wonderful dining experience.
