The SZ critic heard a “devastating melodic sincerity” at Alexandra Dovgan’s concert in the Prinzregententheater last year and predicted a world career for the Muscovite. Now the just 16-year-old pianist, who naturally has the label “Wunderkind” attached to her (after all, she has been playing the piano since she was four), is returning to Munich. She has previously delighted audiences at the Théâtre des Champs Elysées in Paris, the Tonhalle in Zurich, the Rheingau Music Festival, the Menuhin Festival in Gstaad and the Verbier Festival. Needless to say, she has also won a lot of prestigious competitions. On Sunday, October 15th, she will play works by Bach, Beethoven and Brahms in the Prinzregententheater.
