It was a huge shock for a mother on Thursday afternoon in Pasing: The woman wanted to get on a bus with her six-year-old daughter at the Pasing-Rathaus stop on Landsberger Straße. The girl entered the bus at the rear door, when she had one leg inside, but the door closed and the child was trapped.
According to the police, the bus driver, a 60-year-old man from the Fürstenfeldbruck district, did not notice the incident and drove off. The girl was dragged along for a few meters until passers-by could alert the bus driver to what was happening.
The driver then stopped the bus and opened the door so that the girl could free herself. She sustained minor injuries. The bus driver then simply drove on – the next time he passed Pasing on his rounds, the police were already waiting for him. Now an accident is being investigated.
