An excavator burned out again at a construction site early Monday morning. After several fires in construction machinery in the recent past, for example in the Perlacher Forst or on the construction site for the subway to Martinsried, the police do not rule out arson, more precise information is not yet available. At around 3:30 a.m., the crew of a police helicopter discovered the burning excavator on the central embankment of the Isar between Pullach and Höllriegelskreuth. The machine belonged to a construction site of Stadtwerke München, it burned out completely. Property damage: several hundred thousand euros.
