Transport transition, energy transition, ecological transition, heating transition: everywhere in the country and especially in green-red Munich, things are being turned around and readjusted. Many people feel, especially on the midsummer weekends at the beginning of April, that the world around them is out of balance. Politicians must take this feeling and act if the next generations are to find an environment worth living in. That’s why it’s right for Munich and its municipal subsidiary, the municipal utilities (SWM), to tackle the big issue of heating.
