The Munich police have an attentive hotel employee to thank for catching three drug dealers in Milbertshofen on Saturday. The woman noticed a large amount of drugs while cleaning a room that morning, whereupon she called the police. During the search of the room, the officers seized three sports bags containing a total of 30 kilograms of marijuana, vacuum packed in 30 plastic bags of one kilo each.
Around midday, a 32-year-old from Munich and a 25-year-old from Berlin came to the hotel and were temporarily arrested before entering the room. Shortly afterwards, the man who had rented the room, a 33-year-old from Dachau, arrived; The police also arrested him. All three men are known to the police for violations of the Narcotics Act and trafficking in large quantities of drugs. They are now in custody.
