A 63-year-old pedestrian was hit by a van in Berg am Laim, rolled over and seriously injured. The 44-year-old driver of the van was under the influence of cocaine and did not have a valid driver’s license, the police said on Sunday.
Accordingly, the 44-year-old drove his vehicle off Kreillerstrasse on Saturday afternoon around 2 p.m. for an initially unknown reason and ended up on the median that separates the lanes and the tram. When the 63-year-old wanted to cross the tracks, the van hit her. The woman was taken to a clinic with serious injuries.
