Munich: Dispute over the insolvency of the Helping Hands facility for the disabled – Munich

The social agency Helping Hands is insolvent. The non-profit organization looks after severely disabled children, young people and adults in Munich, where other facilities reach their limits. In a letter to city politicians, managing director Oliver Jaschek blames the district and the government of Upper Bavaria for the bankruptcy. Both are in arrears with payments, and the total amount amounts to several million euros. In a letter to the parents, Jaschek and the already appointed insolvency administrator Hubert Ampferl explain that operations will continue as usual and that they will “reliably continue the care mandate in the various areas as before”.
