A still unknown cyclist cut a bus on line 52 on Monday in such a way that three passengers were injured. One of them, a 43-year-old tourist, was taken to hospital with cuts on his head.
According to the police, the bus was on Schweigerstraße just before the Cornelius Bridge in the Au. Suddenly a cyclist pulled from the bike lane across the street in front of him and turned left into Eduard-Schmid-Straße. The bus driver slammed on the brakes to avoid a collision. An 84-year-old, a 47-year-old and the tourist crashed into a partition that broke. They suffered cuts on their hands, knees and heads.
