Anton Biebl is currently celebrating half-time in his first term as cultural advisor to the city of Munich. Three years are behind him, most of which was shaped by the corona pandemic and the associated cultural crisis. Meanwhile, the 60-year-old law graduate will hardly have time to celebrate, his schedule is more than full. In the past five days alone, it lists: Summer party at the Friends of the Lenbachhaus, the Peace Prize for German Film “Die Brücke”, Clemens Schuldt’s farewell concert at the MKO in the Prinzregententheater, a performance by cabaret artist Christian Springer, the opening of “Radikal Jung” , the premiere of the family musical “Peter Pan” in the Werksviertel, the ten-year festival of the Atelierhaus Streitfeld, the “Creation” in the Isarphilharmonie with Harald Lesch and the Philharmonic, the presentation of the dance prize and much more. It is not uncommon for him to complete three events per evening. And then there’s the day.
