The fundamental joy about the modernization of the functional buildings is clouded by a lack of participation and impractical guidelines from the city administration. In particular, the planned elimination of restaurants and the reduction in the area for club administration are met with rejection. “We have three clubs at the facility, around 1,000 people come on a weekend with league games.
