A 32-year-old man has been missing since visiting the Munich Spring Festival on Friday evening. As the police announced on Saturday, the missing Raphael Barnickel is an autistic person who is helpless and disoriented without care.
He had attended the folk festival on the Theresienwiese with his mother before he lost sight of him around 6:50 p.m. “The mother was last able to see the son near a group of several young people,” the police said.
She assumes that the 32-year-old could travel by bus or train, for example, because he has a preference for public transport.
The missing person was born in the USA, and speaks according to the police manhunt only broken German.
