An urban rodeo that turns into drama. This is the scenario that occurred on Wednesday, in Dunes, in Tarn-et-Garonne. A 46-year-old man, who was driving at high speed in the town while skidding, lost control of his vehicle, which rolled over several times. The driver was ejected from his car and was found in cardiorespiratory arrest by emergency services. He could not be resuscitated.
According to our colleagues from France 3 Occitanie, It was the mayor of the town of Dunes who, initially, would have raised the alarm regarding the holding of the urban rodeo, several local residents having complained about the dangerous behavior of the driver.
After the accident, it was the Smur de Moissac medical team who tried to resuscitate the forty-year-old, in vain. The gendarmerie as well as the Valence firefighters from Agen and Dunes also intervened at the scene of the tragedy.
