Yesterday, Joe Biden threatened Russia with “severe consequences” if it refused diplomacy. Today, Russia replied that it would not change anything. “It is Washington, not Moscow, that fuels the tensions. We are not going to retreat and stand at attention listening to US sanctions threats,” the Russian Embassy in Washington said on its Facebook page.
